1. Program Overview

The GBA Certified Credit Professional program represents a strategic collaboration between HKCCMA and HKU SPACE. Delivered by HKU SPACE, this program establishes a professional standard for credit management certification and aims to develop skilled talent for the Greater Bay Area.

Upon successful completion of the program and assessment, participants will receive:

- A Certificate of Completion from HKU SPACE

- The Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation from HKCCMA

2. Lecturer 

The program is lectured by Mr. Richard Wong, with over 20 years of practical experience in credit management.

Mr. Wong serves as:

- Assistant General Manager, Alpha & Leader Business Management Consulting (Guangzhou) Ltd. 

- General Manager, Altra Corporate Training (GZ) Co. Ltd.

- Distinguished Lecturer, CFO Workshop, Overseas Education College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University

- Distinguished Lecturer, School of Credit Management, Guangdong University of Finance

- Distinguished Lecturer, Credit Management Workshop, Guangzhou Huashang College

- Authorized Senior Lecturer, China Credit Management Professionals Association

3. Trial Class

A trial class was held on January 24, 2026 at the HKU SPACE Sheung Shui Learning Centre to give prospective participants a preview of the program.

The trial class drew 75 participants (72 online, 3 in person), with active engagement and very positive feedback — a clear sign of the program's appeal and practical value.

Mr. Richard Wong brought over 20 years of practical experience into his teaching. The content was well-structured and highly practical, and his detailed Q&A helped reinforce the learning. Many participants said that the class exceeded their expectations and provided valuable insights.
